Data Storage and Retention

User data is stored securely in our TimeScaleDB database and retained only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy. Sensor data is stored for the duration specified in your service agreement to enable historical analysis and trend monitoring. WhatsApp messages are stored temporarily to ensure delivery and are deleted after 30 days in accordance with WhatsApp's data retention policies.

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell user data to third parties. We may share information with:

  • Service providers assisting in service delivery (such as cloud hosting providers)
  • WhatsApp/Meta for message delivery through their Business API
  • Legal authorities when required by law or to protect safety

Our platform integrates with WhatsApp Business API to send structural monitoring alerts and notifications. By using our WhatsApp notification features, you consent to:

  • Message content being temporarily stored by WhatsApp for delivery purposes

You can opt out of WhatsApp notifications at any time through your account settings or by replying "STOP" to any WhatsApp message from our platform.
